Returns or Refunds
- Refund will be proceed only if items are out of stock.
- Please do unboxing before open the package (Within 3 days once the parcel status updated to "DELIVERED")
If there is damage or missing, we will see by the unboxing video.
If there is no unboxing video provided, we will not proceed any returns of refunds for your order.
Please include following information in the unboxing videos
a. All sides of the parcel before opened
b. Tracking number
c. Opened from bubble wrap
PLEASE NOT UNSEALED THE ALBUM or MD if you found that you have RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.
Once it was opened, STRICTLY NO RETURNS & REFUND would be proceeded.
*We reserved the rights to not giving any refunds based on the item's condition.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
